student from each class will have the chance to be "Teacher for the Day" as well as ONE STUDENT will win "Principal for a Day." This event will take place on Thursday, May 31st, followed by a special VIP lunch!
We will be selling
raffle tickets for this after school April 30-May 4th.
Tickets are (1) for $5 or (3) for $10
Winners will be drawn AT SCHOOL ON MAY 21ST.
You do not have to attend the event in order to win!
The George White Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a partnership among parents, principal, teachers, school staff/leaders and community members. We are devoted to educational success of our children and the promotion of parent involvement at George White. Our PTA prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and community, and a strong advocate for public education. Each year, our PTA bridges the gap where state and district funding fall short by providing funding for art, K-3 music, science lab, a computer lab assistant, playground supervision, field trips, classroom expenses, and much, much, more! Without our annual fundraising efforts, these valuable programs would not be in place. Thank you for your support and we are looking forward to a successful event!
